YOBEL - ITALIA creates modern icons by applying photochromy images or prints to carefully treated wooden or MDF panels.  Many works are embellished with gold or silver leaf to enhance their featured subjects.  The special ageing process, which uses a cracking technique taken from old Florentine recipes, adds a unique touch to each piece and, at the same time, preserves it through time.
